Terms & Conditions of Shuttle-Paris-Airports.com
 

The carrier reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of travel at any time. The applicable law of These Terms and Conditions and all the actions made through Shuttle-Paris-Airports.com are governed by the French law; in case of dispute, the Paris Court would be the only competent institution in solving it.
All clients must accept the terms & conditions hereby. No rights to compensation, refunds and alternative or replacement services would be applicable otherwise. These terms & conditions must be read & accepted before any purchase on Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com.
A booking confirmation or voucher must be printed and handed to the driver before using the carrier’s services. In any other case the carrier reserves the right to ask for full payment of the services to provide or to refuse providing them altogether.
Any booking or payment made through Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com equals the client’s acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
All services provided by Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com are prepaid.
Unless stated otherwise, the prices advertised on Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com are in Euros, include all taxes and DO NOT include any insurance for cancellation or assistance.
 
Booking Procedure
The carrier’s services can only be used by advance booking.
The carrier is bound by the French transport law of 11/2/1986 (article 5) to be able to produce the documents stating clearly the names & destinations of the carrier’s clients. Therefore, all reservations can be completed only if all the required information is provided.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of reservation.
A booking request is to be considered as accepted only upon receiving of a confirmation e-mail or fax from Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com. The latter will be sent only after payment of the full amount through our secured online payment system.
Booking Amendments, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Only written complaints and claims are taken into account. These should be addressed to Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com either by e-mail or post. A maximum of 20 business days delay shall be allowed for investigation before taking a decision regarding the client’s claim.
Amendments are permitted free of charge at least 3 days prior to transfer, provided that the carrier is able to meet the client’s request.
For Cancellations, only written request will be taken into account. They should be addresses to Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com by e-mail or post (see Contact page for details). The following fees will be applied:
  • More than 3 days before the transfer: 10 % of the overall price
  • From 2 to 3 days before the transfer: 25% of the overall price
  • From 1 to 2 days before the transfer; 50% of the overall price
  • Less than 24 hours before the transfer: no refund
 Children
Our transfer services are free of charge for children up to 3 years old, provided that they are held in the arms of their parent or guardian. All children occupying a seat will be requested to pay the full fare.Baby seats can be provided by the carrier to the traveler's request in advance when booking .

Service Availability
Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport: our departure and arrival pick-up services are available 24 hours a day all year round.
Orly airport: our departure pick-up services are available from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, all year round.
Our arrival pick-up service is available from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily, all year round.

Personal Data
The data collected from our clients will only be used by Shuttle-Paris-Airport.com and not passed on to any third party, with the exception of governmental & law enforcement authorities and only upon request.
